AFSCME Local 2703 and Planada Elementary School host the March for California's Future!

Our caravan of marchers, UDW vans and the Blogmobile entered Planada Elementary as all the students assembled outside.
We surprised some of the kids with a tour of the Blogmobile. They were impressed.
We were next treated to a performance of Baile Folklorico, a style of dance originating back in the 1950s. It was pioneered by Amalia Hernandez who founded the Ballet Folklorico Mexico in 1952.
